Lamar helped the reviewer buy this property

Blessed experience

Mr. Lamar Bryant Jr was heaven sent because at the moment I was planning on giving up the home buying process, he appeared to renew my faith in continuing on. I had lost hope because of previous Real Estate agents lackadaisical and non-communicable behavior. I had been passed along from one agent to the next and had spent unnecessary money on worthless properties. Thank God Mr. Bryant came along when he did because he treated me as a human being. Mr. Lamar answered questions I didn't know to ask. He stayed in contact with myself, the seller's agent, the lender, and the closing agent through the whole process. He made sure that both parties were comfortable with every aspect and condition. I am more than delighted to let everyone know who's looking for a Real Estate agent that will not steer them wrong or who will treat them with respect, Mr. Lamar Bryant Jr. is the one to help and guide you to find that dream home like he did for me.
