Stopping by to take a moment to expound on such a good experience my husband and I had working with Lamar Bryant throughout the whole Buy Before You Sell process. We'd started to "casually" look for homes in various areas of South Georgia since last year, but didn't really start aggressively looking for a new home until only a few months ago. It didn't take long to find our dream home! From the moment we contacted Lamar to engage him on what our wants and needs were, all the way down to the finite details of the home buying and home selling process--he was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, dedicated, and passionate about taking care of us. He took the time to actually listen to our needs vs. just trying to get commission off of the next "sale”! Furthermore, Lamar also took time to put the right detail in our listing that within a day we had a full cash offer and several other offers that came within a couple days of the listing. The offers came pooling in so fast that we had not even closed on our new home yet, lol! Lamar helped me sell my house. We got 60 views and like 10-15 offers in 3days and almost all were over asking price. When challenges arose he communicated effectively and we were able to handle them quickly. Definitely would use him to list other properties for me in the future
