Lainy Vanderwey sold an our condo on Manasota Key and helped us purchase a home at Boca Royale. The beach property sold very quickly, at the price we wanted and all went great. Then the hurricanes hit and killed the deal. Lainy patiently waited a year and a half while the condo was being rebuilt and then sold it again as soon as it was complete. During the reconstruction, she helped us find people to help and actually help keep an eye on things while we were out of town. She made a difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be. We looked at 20 different homes before we purchased. Lainy again was very patient, professional, and helped us find the house we really wanted at the price we wanted. Of all the people I have done business with over the years, I would say she is one of the most professional, effective, genuine and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She’s the best!
