We highly recommend Lainy Vanderway. My husband and I were looking for a place in Englewood Florida where we have visited for seven years. Our cousins were impressed with Lainy who helped them find a condo and they recommended her. We were not sure if we wanted a home or condo, private or community pool, HOA or no, on Manasota key or just close. The offer, negotiations, inspections, insurance and paperwork all went smoothly. We were not in Florida for the closing, but Lainy kept us informed through text and emails for our remote closing.
