We highly recommend Lainy Vanderway. My husband and I were looking for a place in Englewood Florida where we have visited for seven years. Our cousins were impressed with Lainy who helped them find a condo and they recommended her. We were not sure if we wanted a home or condo, private or community pool, HOA or no, on Manasota key or just close. Lainy was very understanding and accommodating, taking us to all different types of properties. She learned what we liked and didn’t like. Always flexible on scheduling, always on time, always prepared, with HOA and property info documents. We feel Lainy went above and beyond helping us evaluate different properties, not just taking us to them like some agents. She is very knowledgeable, definitely client oriented, and always well prepared. We did find a condo that satisfied both of our wants and needs, and Lainy took us through the purchasing process with ease and clarity. The offer, negotiations, inspections, insurance and paperwork all went smoothly. We were not in Florida for the closing, but Lainy kept us informed through text and emails for our remote closing.
