Absolute Perfection!

I’ve worked with LaDawn before several years ago, to sell my house quickly to move across the state to care for my elderly dad. She was a life saver—got my house sold in one day, and made the process of packing up the house very smooth and easy. When I decided to move back to the front range, I didn’t hesitate to contact LaDawn! I wanted to sell dad’s/my house in Grand Junction and buy a house in Castle Rock area, though I couldn’t imagine I’d be able to do that. First time selling and buying a home as a single person and I was terrified. LaDawn reassured me that I WOULD be able to sell my GJ house and use those proceeds toward purchase of new home. She is knowledgeable in the front range housing market, and also GJ, but to make the process of selling more smooth she arranged to co-list my home with a good realtor in GJ. LaDawn found me my dream home in my dream neighborhood, AND negotiated skillfully to get my dream price. She is an absolute dream of a realtor. She’s knowledgeable, very responsive, very skilled in negotiations, and also really great at somehow making a terrifying process feel like a walk in the park. I’m here in my dream home that I never in a million years thought could be a reality. LaDawn made it happen. I would VERY highly recommend this excellent professional and wonderful human being!!!! I’d give way more than 5 stars if I could!
