My husband and I bought our first home with Lacy. And I can more than confidently say that we could not have had a better experience. She was an excellent listener, knew and presented exactly what we were looking for and gave us confidence that our home was out there. Once we found our first house, she made the process so incredibly smooth and exciting!!! Our experience was nothing short but phenomenal. She’s my go to girl for any recommendations I can offer and for any future homes we may buy. You can’t go wrong with Lacy!!!

We couldn’t have asked for an easier experience as first time buyers. I retired from the Army a year ago and worked with Lacy to find a rental. A year later, we were ready to buy. Lacy was quick to respond in detail to any questions we had throughout the process. Texts, calls, and emails were clear and she simplified any confusing language in documentation. She made herself available to fit our schedule and really paid attention to what we were looking for. After several weeks of being close but not feeling comfortable enough with a few places to pull the trigger, we found a gem right as it went on the market. Lacy helped us quickly put an offer together that was accepted. Her ability to quickly articulate the steps that needed to take placed allowed us to place an offer and have it accepted within a matter of hours. She made a great effort to relate to us and look at what we needed from our perspective. I would recommend her to anyone looking to by, especially first time buyers.

Lacy was absolutely amazing throughout our entire first-time home-buying experience. Buying a home for the first time is overwhelming enough, and then adding inspections, financing, appraisals, negotiations and all the unexpected things that come along with it make the process even more stressful. Lacy is an extremely great communicator, marketing expert, very creative, and stays on top of a project. She is by far the best realtor I've had the opportunity to work with. She helped us look in the area we needed and worked her connections throughout the process and we are very grateful.
