Each year brings its own challenges with changing targets and uncertain budget outlooks. Whatever the challenge may be, my wife and son, and I found a wonderful home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in the hills of San Pablo, Ca. n nLaarni was fantastic at rising to the occasion, and our success was certainly evidenced of her excellent service. At one point, my wife and I had almost given up , but Laarni insisted we kept going, and there will be a bid out there where the seller will agree upon. We listened. Laarni was very compassionate and patient, and uplifting in our quest for a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. She drove us in her own vehicle, in the evenings (after my full day at work) and weekends, showed us homes below and above our price range, and in the different neighborhoods and cities. Owning our first home was a tremendous accomplishment and Laarni's unwavering commitment to serve her clients. Laarni is always welcomed to our home and family.
