We are feeling so blessed to have found Laarni as our agent. We have worked with other agents before and thought it would just not be possible to get our dream house. There is not one thing bad i can say about Laarni. From the day we met she was awesome. she had every answer to a question i asked. she would answer every Phone call and respond to every email no matter how silly my question was. If your looking for someone that is a fighter you are at the right place. when we were having issues with the contractors who did repairs on our house before we closed Laarni set them straight. we were able to close in time and got a refund. picking Laarni will be the best decision you ever made when looking to buy a home. she is honest, up front, realistic. hard working and here or you.
We (my wife and I) purchased our first home in the hills of San Pablo, CA. in 2016. It is a wonderful home in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees, close to major retailers, and BART. She drove us in her own personal vehicle, and showed us homes in the different cities and neighborhoods, and price ranges below and above our price range. She did this in the evenings (after my full day at work) and weekends. Owning our first home was a tremendous effort on Laarni. She is very personable, kind, and patient. Our success was certainly evidenced by her quick responsiveness (requesting/arranging home walk-throughs with homeowners and other agents) and unwavering commitment to find us an affordable and beautiful home. The lesson we learned from Laarni is to always keep going(even though you feel like giving up) because there will be a bid out there where the seller will take yours. Laarni is always welcomed into our home.
Purchasing a house in the Bay Area when I was hundreds of miles away, about to resign from my job, and have about a month gap between my current and next job was definitely tricky but Laarni helped made it possible, to say the least. Laarni had been patient, hardworking, dependable, and awesome with troubleshooting! Until now - more than a year after we closed - Laarni would get in touch every now and then and is still accessible for assistance/advice when I need it.
