First time buyer. Any questions I had she was able to answer and answered very quickly even though most of the time I was on third shift an had replies back almost immediately. I'm so glad I was able to have Kim as my realtor.
Kim is warm and personable, which made the selling process much easier. She did a fantastic job with the marketing—her photos really showcased the property, and she kept the listing highly visible, which brought in a lot of interest. One area for potential improvement could be providing more regular updates on buyer activity and clearer guidance when offers were made, as that would have been helpful during the decision-making process. Overall, I was happy with her work, and with a bit more communication, she’d be an even stronger realtor.

Kim went above and beyond during our house hunting experience! She stuck with us through offers that fell through and made sure we didn't settle on just any house. It took over a year to find our "forever" home and not without a lot of work on Kim's part as we kept looking, walking through, offering, and trying. Without her we might have given up on our dream of finding a bigger home for our family!
