I've bought and sold many properties over the years and they were all generally positive experiences. Elle took it to another level. Yes she was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. However, she brought up many things I would have never thought of. I felt as if she were buying the property for herself. That was the difference with Elle. She was trying to do the best thing for me, not earn a commission. We were dealing with a tricky seller but Elle made it all work out. I'm not sure anyone else would have.
