I first started working with Elle over a year ago, when I began casually looking for a single-family home in the Cherry Creek/ Hilltop/ Country Club/ Bonnie Brae area. I was looking in a broad price range but knew I wanted a modern home with certain high-end amenities. Elle was very generous with her time, showing me properties in the modern style I prefer across the area and in a range of prices so I could learn the market. One of the homes we visited last summer was the one I eventually ended up purchasing. At the time I first saw it, I loved the home but felt it was overpriced. Elle never pressured me to make an offer, and we continued to look at properties from time to time as they came on the market. Finally this spring, the home I loved had dropped in price enough that I was interested in making an offer. At this point, other buyers were interested and I had to move quickly. Elle was right there with me at every step, guiding me through the offer process and giving me confidence in my decisions. She effectively engaged with the selling agent and got the deal done within a day, beating out the competing buyers. Elle also connected me with a wonderful lender, a home inspector and various tradespeople to complete the transaction and quickly execute the updates I wanted before I moved in. Beyond getting the transaction done, she wanted me to be happy in my new home. From my experience, that is far beyond what a typical realtor does. I can’t say enough about the great experience I had with Elle. I highly recommend her, especially for anyone searching for a high-end property in Denver.

I've bought and sold many properties over the years and they were all generally positive experiences. Elle took it to another level. Yes she was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. However, she brought up many things I would have never thought of. I felt as if she were buying the property for herself. That was the difference with Elle.
