I first started working with Elle over a year ago, when I began casually looking for a single-family home in the Cherry Creek/ Hilltop/ Country Club/ Bonnie Brae area. I was looking in a broad price range but knew I wanted a modern home with certain high-end amenities. Elle also connected me with a wonderful lender, a home inspector and various tradespeople to complete the transaction and quickly execute the updates I wanted before I moved in. Beyond getting the transaction done, she wanted me to be happy in my new home. From my experience, that is far beyond what a typical realtor does.
