Kym was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Even when we moved out of state before put house sold, she helped keep up with everything at our house. I truly can't say enough about Kym, but I'd recommend her to anyone and she would be my only choice for selling a home in the future. It felt more like working with a close friend who cared about our family and home as much as we do. 2 thumbs up. Five stars. I can't recommend her enough!

Short Story: Kym is knowledgeable, trustworthy, punctual, empathetic, and a pleasure to work with! Long Story: I was a first time homebuyer and had finally saved up enough to get into a house. I had done research but still lacked much experience and knowledge, and Kim had seemingly endless patience answering my incessant questions and explaining anything I needed in further detail. She was very knowledgeable about the market and I knew I could trust her on what a house was really worth. On the first home I bid the seller wanted more money and she was frank with me in that the house was not worth that amount even though I would have paid it if I didn't know better. Kim could have easily pushed me into the house and been done, but she truly wanted what was best for e Two weeks later a house was asking for a similar amount, but this time Kim told me it was worth it. I was so glad I didn't go into the first house - this second one had better flooring, a much better kitchen, and was all around in better shape. Even though my mother wanted me to try to hold out for the seller to come down a little, I knew if Kim was telling me to pull the trigger it was for good reason. I had the offer in one day after the house went to market, and was under contract two days later! One year later the property value has gone up 34% and I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for an agent that knows what they're doing and will keep your best interest at heart, you need to give Kim a call!
