Kyler is energetic, positive and very knowledgeable about each demographic the valley has to offer. He will do what ever he can to get you top dollar on the sell of your home. I would definite not only recommend Kyler, but I will contact him for all my future home selling's.

Kyler was very helpful and responsive to my needs and concerns. He kept me informed even when it wasnt his obligation to do so. He also quickly returned calls and text messages when not immediately available to answer the telephone. He worked well with my lender and title company and went the extra mile to ensure a complex title issue was appropriately resolved so we could move the deal forward in a timely fashion and meet the contract deadlines. He was also very friendly and I enjoyed. Highly recommended!!!

I interviewed another very well known or "popular" real estate agent. That individual came into my house expecting me to just give him my business. Kyler came to my home prepared to earn it. He had already put together a small booklet with information about my home and property I wanted to sell. He and his team had already invested time and effort on my behalf, before I had even met him. I knew my circumstance was complicated and had the distinct risk of being difficult. My deal was indeed, the most complicated and difficult deal he had encountered. He not only solved the issues, he ensured he had a resolution before he would contact me. He and his team were professional in every aspect. He is aggressive, but not overbearing. He is knowledgeable, but also humble and willing to listen. As of this writing, I have given his contact information to three people, and will continue to refer him.

I know the ratings I gave Kyler are all the highest possible. He deserves every bit of it. I had been trying to sell my home for 7 1/2 months before I met Kyler. At first he was so enthusiastic about trying to sell my home I wondered if he was overly positive and being unrealistic. Within a week of Kyler listing my home I had two offers and closed 1 month later. All I can say is how can you argue with success. I would and will recommend Kyler and the Stearns group to anybody.

Kyler was always quick to respond to calls, and was helpful no matter what the question was that we had. In dealing with a builder he on multiple occasions was able to call and make things happen, or at least get the builder to call me back. He gave us a lot of good information on what we should do to stage our house before listing, and repairs that he thought we should make before showing the home. We were able to sell our home 1 week after listing it, and even on the showing had a lot of interest because of the marketing that was done.

Kyler is a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable realtor that helped us sell our home for asking price. He did thorough research to support our asking price and did not pressure us to change our price.
