An Excellent Experience

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Pease. We were operating off of tight timelines to list and sell our house with fall approaching during Covid. Kyle was able to get affordable contractors out to do repairs, touch ups, paint and trim. Most importantly Kyle challenged us on the price of the home, confident he could get us $15k more than I was initially going to list. We went with his advice and on the first weekend he had a full price strong offer we accepted.
