Kyle Madorin is by far the best real estate agent (of about 10) we have had in the past 40 years! Right from the beginning, when we were thinking of putting up our house for sale, Kyle helped us immensely with what we should do prior to listing, such as, landscaping, cleaning the walls and roof, and absolutely whatever was necessary. Every step of the way, he helped us with prompt advice, tips to make the house look more attractive and suggesting a reasonable sale price for a quick sale. Once we got the contract which was within a week, he patiently negotiated with the buyers’ agent for the best possible price, what repairs we should agree to, and ultimately closing the sale on time. He was always there when we needed to get our multiple questions answered, and he always answered promptly. We are more than satisfied with him. Kyle far exceeded our expectations! Overall, we would highly recommend Kyle M to anyone who needs help buying a house or selling a house in the Orlando metro area.
