We enjoyed working with Kyle as we were looking for second home in the Twin Cities. After disclosing what we were looking for i.e specific property features and amenities, Kyle objectively identified properties that met these criteria. In fact, we ended up buying a condo, through Kyle, sight unseen (as we were out of town and unable to see the newly listed property) solely upon his recommendation. We wouldn't buy real estate by telephone with just anyone!
