Kyle did a wonderful job selling our home and helping find us a new house to move into. My wife and I felt Kyle was honest about the positives and negatives with the homes we looked at and was looking out for our best interest rather than just trying to make a quick sale. Kyle came over to our house numerous times to give us advice on updates we should make prior to us selling our home. This resulted in a quick sale of our old house. Kyle knew the buying and selling process inside and out so all aspects of our home buying and selling experiences went smoothly.

Kyle was extremely patient and worked with us to narrow down what we were looking for and gave us the space to find the right time to make a move. When the time came, he was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us find an amazing house that we couldn't be more thrilled with much more quickly than we expected or hoped for. He made the negotiation and closing process a breeze, and even after close, continued to follow up to make sure everything met our expectations and to help answer questions and provide recommendations for trustworthy service providers where we need help. We can't recommend Kyle highly enough!

Kyle walked me through each and every step. His knowledge was so help to us. He held together when I thought it was not going to happen. When we left Minnesota before closing he got us a cleaner to go through the house. Kyle Is very detail oriented and even with a few bump made this a relatively smooth process.
