I have known Kyle for years, and often would reach out with general real estate questions or ask for his feedback about potential opportunities. He would share his professional guidance with kindness and honesty, which we so appreciated. When it came time to sell our property, he was first to mind, and we cannot be more thankful for the hard work he put into our transaction--he exceeded our expectations! Kyle is a down to earth, knowledgeable, straight forward guy who not only performed all the necessary tasks to help my wife and I buy the right home in Sacramento, he did lots of extras like coordinate repairs after the purchase (we were out of town) and advocate forcefully in our interest with the seller's agent. We are seniors who did not know Sacramento or the market there well and he was a great fit for us.
