During times I was overwhelmed, he was patient and understanding. He was very knowledgeable as we looked at homes and provided helpful perspective. When we found the one I loved, he walked me through every step with great detail. I always felt comfortable asking questions and expressing any concerns I had. I can’t recommend Kyle enough!!

Hello I was looking for a realtor and I came across Kyle's Instagram. I had interviewed 2 realtors and they made me feel rushed and hurried and it hate that feeling. I contacted Kyle and we met up for a quick lunch. The moment I met with him I had a really great feeling about him. He made me feel comfortable and he asked me what I really wanted in a home. I hired him and wow!!! I am so impressed with how he help me every step of the way. I was so scared about the home buying process. I rented apartments and houses since I was 21. I was really scared of being told NO. I worked on my credit and got a pre-approval and literally the same weekend Kyle and I were looking at townhomes. That same weekend I put an offer on a townhome. Kyle was professional he was in constant contact with the sellers and made sure that i was doing my part in the buying process. We followed a checklist to keep me on tract to ensure that my family and i could achieve the dream of homeownership. I will recommend Kyle to anyone who can get scared in the home buying process or even someone who has purchased a home several times. Kyle is always in your corner and you definitely feel heard and supported. My biggest moments were when we were looking at homes he would ask me what I liked and did not like about a particular home and to always keep an open mind. But he always kept my wishlist in the front of his mind. I am truly grateful for having Kyle here by myside during this amazing and yet scary process. Kyle does remove the scary emotions out of it and is always transparent. Transparency is so important in the home buying process. I will use Kyle again when I am ready to buy another home and I will be buying another home. Kyle I am so fortunate to have you as my realtor. Words can't say how happy you made me and my kids feel to be homeowners!! Could not have done this without. You are amazing. Thank you thank you.

Kyle was amazing during the entire process of purchasing my condo. He stayed ahead on every step and I would trust him again completely.. This was my third home purchase and it was the easiest by far. Kyle gave me every reason to contact him for any future real estate needs. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.
