Communication
I believe communication between the realtor and client is very important. Communication was good, clear, and often. The move process was stressful, but having Kyle as a realtor settled my mind about the selling process. I followed his advice about preparing the house for sale and felt that the sale went along in a timely manner because of following his advice.
