When I first thought of selling my condo, I wanted to find a real estate agent that I could trust to do a good job, guide me and get my place sold for top dollar. I found Kyle and Scarlett though the Dave Ramsey organization as an ELP (endorsed local provider). From the first time I met Kyle, I had a good feeling. He shared information by showing that he was familiar with my neighborhood and was very upbeat and energetic and came across as a real go-getter; the kind of traits you want in a real estate agent. I was in the middle of remodeling job and he was able to give guidance and confirm that choices I was making were the right ones. By working together, and with Kyle being honest about the market and me being realistic about the value, we made a good team. Along with the rest of the Scarlett team, we listed my condo on a Wednesday and by Saturday we had multiple offers and by Sunday I had signed a full price offer! This was a much different and better experience than what I had before when I sold a house.
