Kyle was a great asset to my family and I, and he was an amazing, professional Realtor to work with! You must have him on your side when navigating through the entire process, it is very rare to find such high quality representation. Initially I was prepared for it to be a difficult process to purchase our home but Kyle kept things flowing and the whole process was seamless from the moment we made an offer until we left the title company after closing on our first home. After going under contract we received a detailed timeline of what we needed to do and when those tasks needed to be done. He was always on time and very prompt to respond with any of our numerous questions via phone call, text or email. Kyle is a true professional through and through and a genuinely good guy. Kyle was amazing to work with, was nice and professional. Never pushed us like some sales people. My biggest pet peeve is accountability. Kyle was on top of everything. Anytime I tried to get in contact he would either answer or, at the very lease , message me when he would be available. He knew the answers to all my questions and the ones he didn’t, he would figure it out and get back to me ASAP. It was my first time buying a home and he definitely made the whole process a thousand times easier. I’d recommend him with out a doubt!

Kyle was my realtor for the first time in 2015-2016 when he ultimately assisted me in purchasing my first home in March of 2016. Fast forward to this year and in March of 2019, my family had grown adding two more kids to the mix and we needed more space, my husband and I decided to list the first home I ever purchased and Kyle was the one I called. He came by a few days after I contacted him to take a look and then run the numbers for me, giving me an idea of what he thought would be the best price to list my home at and he was right on the money, literally. Within the first week of my home being on the market we were under contact and for only 3 thousand under what we listed it for. The process itself was extremely frustrating and at times I thought it was one that was never going to end but never at fault of Kyle (the buyer made things very difficult), he was there every step of the way, staying in constant communication with myself and the buyers realtor and doing everything he could to keep the process moving without me pulling out my hair. During the process of selling my home we also used Kyle simultaneously to purchase our new home. We were on a time crunch, trying to close on the home we were selling and the home we were buying within days of each other and Kyle was always ready and willing to schedule to meet with us at a potential property. This process turned out to be even more of a headache than the sale LOL but again at no fault of Kyle's, this time it was the seller making things difficult. He was always available for questions, always either had the answer I needed or found the answer I needed and always in a timely manner. Though the processes were rough, one thing is for sure, choosing Kyle to help us through the process starting back in 2016 and again now in 2019, that has always been my best decision in my home buying and selling adventures :)! I would 100% recommend Kyle to anyone looking to sell or buy!

Wouldn’t choose any other Realtor to represent us on finding a rental or a new home to buy. Kyle is down to earth and very tech savy which made the process go very smooth . No matter what time we contacted Kyle he responded and was very helpful. Next home purchase we will be using Kyle again !
