Kurt Haas

Kurt was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers, and he taught us a lot about what to expect in the buying process and what to look for when entering a home. He kept us honest on what additional finances might be needed in certain homes, or if we could put more money down on others because they needed less work. We would look at numerous homes a day and he went into each home with a great deal of knowledge of the pros and cons , and what aspects we should consider when looking at each home. You could tell he had done his homework before every house we went into. The Interest rates were moving quickly, he worked extremely hard and fast to get us into houses before the rates kept going up. There were numerous nights where he put in after-hours work, putting comps together so that we were able to submit a strong bid by the next day. He was even able to get us a price reduction on the house we ended up getting. Which, in this market was incredible!!
