Kurt returned to Portland in 2014 after spending two decades traveling throughout the nation to assist tens of thousands of families whose properties were damaged and lives affected as a result of natural disasters. As a Commercial and Residential Property Claim Adjuster in Catastrophe Operations, and then Management, Kurt gained the skills that made his real estate a success; empathy, listening, integrity, problem solving, negotiating, communication, and most importantly, the commitment to put the interests of others as his top priority.

My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process.
