Kristine was quick to call back or at least respond when calling isn’t an option. She was knowledgeable on home prices and what it takes to make the deal happen. I was going to use an online lender and thankfully she stopped me from making a big mistake. I not only would have had higher mortgage but also a higher interest rate. Now because of her knowing the right people I have a lower mortgage,lower interest,and my rate is locked in for the length of the loan. All of that because she cared about my situation and wanting to make sure I was gonna be happy. Not every sale is super smooth but she definitely made it feel Cadillac. She negotiated the things that were important to me and made absolutely sure I was happy before making final offers and request. I would definitely use her again and anyone looking will get steered her direction. I’m a believer in honesty and integrity. She has both.
