Smart, talented, professional, and so well versed in every aspect of her career, she guided me through all the steps of looking for and purchasing a home over an 8 month period. We did all of this while I was living in another state, and she always made herself available to me, doing so with patience, kindness and an abundance of enthusiasm! I saw my house on a Monday, put an offer in on Tuesday, and had it accepted on Wednesday. She had an appointment ready for me with the loan officer the same day, and had the inspector at the house on Friday. We contacted Krystine on a Saturday and she jumped into action. She was honest about what we should list for but ultimately left it up to us. Pictures were taken on Tuesday and it launched on Thursday. We had 3 offers within the first 2 days. She was extremely responsive though out the process, gave good advice, and keep us on track. We had a small hiccup with the appraisal but she kept calm and worked with us on options and was very professional in a stressful situation . We ended up closing very quickly which allowed us to focus on our new home. I would highly recommend her.
