Kristy did an excellent job selling our house. She identified the minor changes necessary in order to make it "look" better, and completed those within a day. Her photographs showed off the best side of the house, and were posted online quickly. We were kept up to date on all showings, feedback from the showings, and status daily. Kristy made my wife and I feel comfortable and at ease during the sale of our first home and purchase of our second. She was always present when needed and had no problem getting the asking price we wanted when we sold. During the search for our new home, she was knowledgeable of the markets across the entire Metro Detroit area, since we weren't sure where we wanted to move to. We gave a dozen or so good school districts we wanted to be in and she found us many options in those areas. She was always able to be there when we wanted a showing, even in very short notice. We were very fortunate to have a caring, personable agent that found a home for us that we are very happy with.
This was an excellent experience, Kristy gave me all the tools to make sure my house would show well including checking in on it, and the cleaning crews’ progress after we had vacated. The house sold in a week to a couple who loved it and although I had a full price offer we also got an over asking price offer which was the icing on the cake. I am absolutely sure her recommendations and attention to detail was a key factor.
