Kristy was available at anytime of the day for anything and everything that we needed from showing us dozens of houses, to working with me, my lender, the sellers and going above and beyond doing her own research, working with intricate details of our solar purchase. She was very attentive and made the process much easier for us. Her skills and real estate knowledge helped to get us the best deal even with the extreme difficulty of our short sale.

I unexpectedly had to sell my house while I was deployed and Kristy made the process very easy for me. I didn’t know how to navigate all of the logistics while I was on the other side of the world but Kristy went above and beyond with my move. Not only did she fight for me every step of the way, she helped move my stuff out of the house and into a storage unit. She helped coordinate all of my move with my mom while I was in the Middle East. It was scary in the beginning to trust someone I never met in person but she very quickly made me feel comfortable, kept me informed, and reassured me every step of the way. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family. I will definitely use her for my next house I buy!

Kristy was absolutely perfect! We were very lucky to have met her at the open house for this home, and we immediately fell in love with the home as we walked through. Kristy was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful and immediately gave us tips and help in order to work on purchasing this home! She was amazing throughout the entire purchase process, visiting neighbors to ask for advice on certain items, following up with us and the seller on important items, and even helped us close escrow in only 14 days! She made the entire process of buying our first home a joy and completely stress-free!
