We are so impressed with Kristy. We were relocating to a new area and when we first contacted her by phone we discussed exactly what we were wanting in a home - age of the home, number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, and lot size. We explained that with this visit we were merely wanting to look at different neighborhoods, not necessarily to buy right away, but to find a community that felt right for us. We would only be in town for a couple of days. The first day that she spent showing us homes, all of the houses had the requirements we had discussed, and they were all great homes, and the communities were nice, but none were The One. She described neighborhoods, plans for future growth in the area, where new medical offices and hospitals would be located, what arts and entertainment were available in the area, where farmers markets were and when and even drove to actually show us some of the locations. And during all of that, she took the time to get to know us. She asked about our lifestyle, our hobbies, our family and shared stories about hers. She truly took an interest in us as a couple, not just as a potential sale. On her way home after a very long day of househunting, with us in mind, she stopped by a new development to tour the model homes and view the offered amenties, then gave us a call. "I think I found exactly what you are looking for." She was right. To put it succinctly, Kristy is the epitomy of what you would want in a realtor. She is professional, extermely knowledgeable about the communities, the potential and planned growth for the area, the process of buying and selling, but more importantly, she honestly cares about her clients.
