Kris is truly the best realtor I’ve ever had. He is kind and honest, and works hard to make sure that whether you are buying or selling your home, you are getting the best possible deal. Also, he’s just a really great person in general. 10/10 recommend giving him a call!
Kris is an unbelievable Realtor from the start of the buying process to the end of it. If he takes you to see a house, you can be sure you’ll get a knowledgeable and honest answer about any concern you might have. Not sure about an aspect of the home-buying process? The house you found has a cesspool that was built in 1903 and not sure what to do about it or how much town plumbing will cost? Want to buy a duplex, renovate it, and rent it out? Kris can tell you how much it will cost to renovate or repair any part of the place. He’ll tell you if you’re getting into something he thinks is a bad idea based on a wealth of prior experience; full facts and honest opinions always. Once you find a place, he writes your offer to include every specification that will be to your benefit. He remembers all the details you need to know and he helps you out with negotiations, inspections, attorneys…literally everything you need. He’s always on your side, he’ll find you a good deal and help you make it an even better one.
Kris is the best in the business! He took us from the deers in headlights that we were and helped us write competitive offers. In a housing market that is not designed for the buyer we finally found our home all thanks to Kris. He’s a shark when it comes to offers and finding new listings while being the coolest and most easy to talk to guy out there. 10/10 would recommend.

Let me start this off by first saying that i am a very picky person when it comes to doing personal business. I like things to be blunt and to the point. Kris was referred to me by a coworker/friend who is not a first time home buyer and has some experience in real estate. I contacted Kris with the intention on just asking a few questions. We ended up talking for quite some time all of which was his answering my questions. I had a lot of them as this was my first home buying experience. We set up an appointment and i made up my mind within the first 5 min. This was the man for the job. We looked at 3-5 houses a week for almost 3 months until we found exactly what we wanted. The whole time Kris was entirely in it for me and at no time pushed to just find something. In fact he strongly encouraged me to wait. He also pointed out every hard flaw he could find in the homes which is exactly what i would hope for. Like i said i want things blunt and to the point. Kris always made sure i was well updated on the status of everything, kept all of my documents organized, and had contacts for almost any situation you could think of when it comes to homes. Buying a home for the first time is a scary thing for most people. But for me it was an amazing journey and i owe it all to Kris. I have added an amazing resource to my network and more importantly made a great friend throughout the process. If you get the opportunity to work with him, you will not be disappointed.
