Very courteous and helpful. Constantly found new listings and kept me updated on properties as they became available. He was not overly pushy and I never felt pressured to make an offer. His advice on the market overall and pricing of various features was invaluable in making a final selection.

Kris came highly recommended by a mutual friend. He came out to my house within a few days of inquiry. The initial visit was to pick his brain on what I could expect for sale value and what modifications should or should not be made. He was very helpful. About 5 months later I called him up and told him I wanted to sell. Within 3 weeks I had completed the fixes and all the while he kept checking in and providing quick input to a lot of questions. The photo shoot was conducted and the house listed that weekend. we Received the best offer the first night of listing and despite him knowing and telling me that was probably the best we were going to get, he worked with me to provide an additional 20 showings over the next 2 days. We ended up taking the first offer. I should have listened! he really knows what he is talking about. So from selling decision phone call to check in hand the process took 64 days! Thats insane! He killed it for us and was exactly what I needed for a realtor; Down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful, and no BS. He is producing results better than entire real estate teams by himself! Definitely made selling my house a positive experience.
