The initial visit was to pick his brain on what I could expect for sale value and what modifications should or should not be made. He was very helpful. About 5 months later I called him up and told him I wanted to sell. Within 3 weeks I had completed the fixes and all the while he kept checking in and providing quick input to a lot of questions.
