Kris is a nice guy, good listener and flexible to work with. We did not get the showings that we expected and in turn the price we wanted. I understand that markets fluctuate, but ultimately, I think the house may have been overpriced to start with, which caused us not to get showings when the listing was new and most popular. Pricing and any major aesthetic deficiencies were the one thing I heavily relied on feedback from Kris about before the listing went live, so I was disappointed in sales price and paint color feedback after weeks of no showings. Kris and team did a ton of open houses.
