Found him online listed as a realtor for the Charleston/Summerville area and decided to give him a shot. He was extremely patient with us as we were in no hurry to buy. He showed us floor plan after floor plan, new and older houses and when we finally found one that peaked our interest, he was patient with our calm, mildly disengaged, demeanor. Kris was very helpful throughout the entire process including home suggestions and paperwork guidance, and especially helpful when the lender became impossible to contact or communicate with.
