From my first request on zillow to see a home Kris was the first to call, email, and text looking to see when we wanted to see the home. Where most would assume this is being forward or bullish, you soon understand its in his nature to get you all the information as quick and accurate as possible. Upon many more emails from other agents, Kris stood out and away we went on a journey into homeownership. My wife and I both work odd schedules so time is precious, and with a small child who has no patience for looking at a home, Kris went straight to work accommodating our schedules. He went to the first house, took a video and many pictures, and highlighted all the parts we wanted to see the most. House after house, as this market sells fast he was always a step ahead making sure it fit the budget as well had the options we wanted the most. We backed off a few weeks to let the market make a few moves and then continued the hunt. House after house we battled against buyers who were just panic buying. Kris every step of the way every day was hunting for homes that we could beat the market into. After 4 months of hunting the one showed up, we looked at the house the day of listing and was able to get our dream home. Kris from there every step of the way from offer, finance, closing, title work, even utilities helped make it as easy and smooth as possible. If you found this man by accident consider it a winning lotto ticket. If you have a realtor that really doesn't seem to be listening, call Kris immediately. If you are looking to buy or sell, just call this man already! As a side note and what really made Kris stand out was his patience. I have a daughter that has zero attention span, he saw this and would make sure we saw the options needed before my baby girl decided to steal the show. Hes the best and I cant thank him enough.
