We are moving to Florida from Texas. We had two other realtors lined up but met Kris on realtor.com and chose him. He was the fastest, most responsive and high energy out of all the realtors we spoke with. His videos and trustworthiness were the biggest perk. We were able to get a home based on his virtual tours from states away and feel confident in our decision.. Never thought i would live somewhere i didn’t at least tour in person first! Kris was my real estate agent with my recent purchase just north of Tampa, Florida. This is a seller's market with available inventory very low - most experienced agents say the lowest ever seen - and homes selling over the appraised listing accompanied with intense bidding wars. It is a crazy time to be buying. Kris worked with me for over two months scheduling homes for reviews often every day of the week, It was brutal for me and Kris never wavered with his support.
