When it comes to working with a Real Estate Agent, the experience just doesn't get any better. Kristine is the best of the best. Our situation was a little bit tough. She was prompt in responding to both emails and calls. At closing she helped walk us through each of the important documents. She also referred us to an excellent mortgage broker. Kristine personally was connected with the property and when she could have been unprofessional she was not. I feel like she's a part of our family and we are a part of hers. As a first time home-buyer, Kristine made the home-buying process quick and easy. She knew the market well and was an advocate for me throughout the process. In a seller's market, I could have easily ended up in a bidding war, but she guided me through negotiations on a house with amazing bones and I closed below asking. This could have been a very unpleasant experience if it were not for Kristine. The first contract, which was written before we listed the home, fell through because the buyers decided to get a divorce instead of buying a house. We had a contract on a new home in Slidell, LA where we wanted to move. With help from both Kristine and Darrell Holvick and several friends we cleaned out our home in Centennial, CO put it on the market Sunday night, had over 15 showings on Monday and had 2 new contracts by Tuesday morning. Following the inspection and appraisal she negotiated a new sales price which we felt were in our favor. We were able to close and meet our commitment on our Slidell home. We first met Kristine when buying a new built home from Richmond Homes. We began the home building process with her in May 2015 and closed on the home on 2/29/16.
