Have been with Kristine for several (>10) transactions over the years and can't say enough good things about her. Kristine has been a wonderful agent for us from the start of our search to the final build of our new home. We started looking at used homes when the market was crushing home buyers, but Kristine showed us only homes we were interested in, and really helped narrow down our search while providing plenty of patience and useful tips. We eventually settled on buying new, since the area we bought in wasn't as competitive, and Kristine helped us every step of the way. She provided a strong voice for us when needed, and supported all of our home buying meetings, even our options meeting - providing good guidance on what she often saw in quick selling homes, but giving us enough space as well to make our own decisions.
