This was my first time buying a home with a realtor and in the future if I ever buy again I would use Kristine. She helped us find our beautiful home and made the process so easy and stress free. We couldn't of done it with out her knowledge. She is also just so kind and went above and beyond for us. Also she gave us a little present at the end after closing. Kristine did a great job helping me sell two properties!! The first was my childhood home of 66 years. The second was a rental property that needed to be sold for a friend living out of the country. I loved Kristine's enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethic. She was ALWAYS available. Even with a 13 hour time difference for my international friend, she was always reachable and never dropped the ball. Kristine is very hardworking and dedicated. Both properties sold and we closed on the same day!

Finding a buyer for my house was a little more challenging. The master bathroom was gutted and we needed to sell the house fast and at the highest price possible. Kristine was able to find a buyer and work through all the issues regard the bathroom being not nonfunctional.
