After meeting with several agents I finally decided on KRISTINE CROOK to sell my home. Ms. Crook is kind, patient, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable of the selling process. She created a fun unique video of my home and she gave me a packet with all of the information needed to sell my home, including comparable sales, helpful tips, etc.. Kristine did a great job helping me sell two properties!! The first was my childhood home of 66 years. The second was a rental property that needed to be sold for a friend living out of the country. I loved Kristine's enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethic. She was ALWAYS available. Even with a 13 hour time difference for my international friend, she was always reachable and never dropped the ball. Kristine is very hardworking and dedicated. Finding a buyer for my house was a little more challenging. The master bathroom was gutted and we needed to sell the house fast and at the highest price possible. Kristine was able to find a buyer and work through all the issues regard the bathroom being not nonfunctional.
