Would not recommend anyone else as a buying agent. With demand so high and supply so low for homes in our price range, we were looking for a long time and made a lot of offers before finally having one accepted. From beginning to end, Kristina was incredibly responsive (you can call or text her literally any time of day), knowledgeable about every bit of the process, had recommended "guys" for inspections, brokers, and anyone else who may have been needed in the home-buying process, and did not pressure us into making any decisions we weren't comfortable with. She moved quickly, and, more often than not, had a network that allowed her to get in touch directly with the selling agents and schedule listings the day of, if possible, which was essential at the time we were looking, as houses would be off the market a day or two after going up; the house I ended up buying, as just one example, was put back on the market at 6pm one day when we had just finished looking at other houses, and she got us in there twenty minutes later and ended up buying it, which could have easily not happened if we had to wait a day to see it. As a first time homebuyer, and a picky one at that, she knew exactly what i would be asking before i asked, and she quickly understood exactly what i was looking for and didn't waste time showing houses i wouldn't likely be interested in. She's a superb agent who makes you comfortable throughout the whole process and builds a relationship with her clients. 10/10

Moving from out of state I had an exceptionally small window to close, but her work efficiency and extra effort got the job done and made my transition into my new home a breeze.
