She was very available, answered every question promptly, if she didn't have the answer she found it. She wasn't pushy, but there were times I needed some MAJOR prodding (encouragement) in decision making, and she was good at helping me along at those moments. She has a good sense of humor, tried not to laugh too much at my wishy-washiness both during the sale, and leading up to putting our place on the market. She is HIGHLY recommended by my husband and I as a real estate agent.
