Referred to Kristina by my local agent as property was out of state. Kristina was very helpful working through various challenges that rental property can pose. Where she didn't readily know answers, she did her research to find out. She took the worry out of the process and handling a transaction long distance.

She was very available, answered every question promptly, if she didn't have the answer she found it. She wasn't pushy, but there were times I needed some MAJOR prodding (encouragement) in decision making, and she was good at helping me along at those moments. She has a good sense of humor, tried not to laugh too much at my wishy-washiness both during the sale, and leading up to putting our place on the market. Kristina is, by far, the best realtor I encountered ever my 9 month house search here in Oregon. I contacted her after a realtor I was working with did not respond to my inquiry about a house. From the onset she showed her professionalism. Kristina listened to my questions and was on top of houses that suited my needs and price range as soon as they became available. If I expressed interest in a property she showed it without delay. She is extremely personable, friendly and helpful. She helped make the house hunting experience fun! The house I eventually bought was because of her informing me of a house that was on market onlly one hour. It perfectly suites my needs and I am very happy with it. I had done quite a bit of "internet searches" looking for a home with a nice sized shop and finally I gave up. I guess you could say I was just tired and just not finding what I was looking for. Then I went in to Kristina's office and we met and chatted to let her know just what I was looking for. We found a home and unfortunately that home wasn't to be. It's owner refused to comply with any of our concerns and soon we were looking again. Kristina found us another home but it was not quite right either. Then my wife and Kristina found another home and that one is now ours. Kristina was the perfect person to facilitate this purchase.
