As a first time home buyer, I was nervous going into this process, but Kristina made the process go as smooth and easy as possible. She was available to answer all my questions quickly, professionally, and knowledgeably. She brought me a folder/binder with all the details on each house we toured which was helpful in keeping me organized and informed. She found me the perfect home in South Philly. It is better than anything I could have found myself with my budget! Her negotiation skills were great. She was wonderful to work with.
