"A few words..." to sum up our experience with Kristina Lindsley? Impossible, in a few words. From the start, she was thoroughly committed, in every wholesome sense of the word, to informing us, advising our progress, researching the details, both opvious and not so obvious. Proactive at EVERY turn, when we mentioned her to others in the local real estate and property management business, they would simply pause. Concerned at first, I inquired at what I had might have first taken to be a cautionary response, and without exception, each one said, "Oh no, she is very good," or, "I've worked with her, and she is very thorough," or similar. How encouraging! As if to say, "How'd you guys get so lucky?" Thorough indeed, and well versed in the local market. She discoovered a filing irregularity with the title to the prospective, purchase property which was then addressed routinely. She was tireless in her efforts to shepherd us through a process with which we had become unfamiliar, our last real estate puechase having been made in Oregon in 1984. Again, a consumate professional we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, Kristina was a delight, and has become a trusted friend. We have since recommended her unreservedly, to out of state, prospective buyers and will not hesitate to happily continue doing so. There. More than afew words, but all carefully chosen.
