When I started looking for a place to purchase, I gave Kristina my criteria that I was looking for. She always kept me informed of new listings and information about them. I’m sure everyone looks at the local sites to check as well. And she has no problem looking into listings that I came across as well. Whenever I had a question I could either call or text and she would answer right away or shortly afterwards. Throughout the entire process she explained what was happening and what the next steps would be all the way up to closing. There was really no surprises and I feel everything went smoothly. After I closed on my new home she also recommended different contractors that she knew to help with some projects I wanted done before I moved in.
