When I started looking for a place to purchase, I gave Kristina my criteria that I was looking for. She always kept me informed of new listings and information about them. I’m sure everyone looks at the local sites to check as well. And she has no problem looking into listings that I came across as well. Whenever I had a question I could either call or text and she would answer right away or shortly afterwards. Throughout the entire process she explained what was happening and what the next steps would be all the way up to closing. There was really no surprises and I feel everything went smoothly. After I closed on my new home she also recommended different contractors that she knew to help with some projects I wanted done before I moved in. I know she is diligent, cares and strives to make the home buying a pleasant experience. I felt that I wasn’t just some number on a “how many sales an I get” list. Thanks for a great experience.

I have worked with Kristina 3 times now. 2 purchases of homes and one sale. I will absolutely work with her again and only her. She makes you feel extremely comfortable. My wife and I feel close with her and she always comes through. I can't be more happy with my house and the path that we got there.
