My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and Kristina did a fantastic job of alleviating the terror of buying our first house. She is thoughtful, proactive, responsive, a scrappy negotiator, and (most importantly) patient! We looked at a LOT of houses, and Kristina let us be our neurotic selves throughout the process. If we were at an impasse, she would occasionally give us a gentle nudge, but she was always happy to wait while we hashed things out between ourselves.
