My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and Kristina did a fantastic job of alleviating the terror of buying our first house. She is thoughtful, proactive, responsive, a scrappy negotiator, and (most importantly) patient! We looked at a LOT of houses, and Kristina let us be our neurotic selves throughout the process. If we were at an impasse, she would occasionally give us a gentle nudge, but she was always happy to wait while we hashed things out between ourselves. And even when we we didn't have a showing scheduled, she still made time to answer all of our questions about the process. It really paid off. We are SO happy with our new house. Thanks Kristina!

Kristina was extremely responsive during the process of finding a home and getting an offer in, and helped with getting an offer in well after business offers before a competing offer could come in. She even helped me with getting some of my initial boxes moved in so I could get everything out of my rented place before the end of the month.
