Closing is complete and money is in the bank !!! I can't thank Kristina Von Bouterse and "Love Your Place Georgia" enough. From the first conversation we had...to our "congrats" discussion today after closing, things could not have gone any smoother. Her guidance on where I should invest in upgrades to get the most out of the house was perfect. Her guidance on where to set the price point was spot on. Her coaching during negotiations put me at ease. Listing went up on Friday and we were under contract on Sunday (with 8 offers). The initial contract fell through and we re-listed...and had a new contract within 24 hours at a higher price. We ended up $4,000 over the original asking price. The home sold quick. And it was the most hassle free business transaction I've ever experienced. What more could you ask for? BTW. Did I mentioned I live in Tampa? She went WAY above and beyond what could be expected of any selling agent to make a remote sale seamless and simple.
